Design

Our design process is one where concepts & ideas become drawings & blueprints.  Lund Projects Ltd. collaborates with both the design team & the client to put pen to paper & make the client’s dream & vision a reality.

Construction

With approved plans, budget and permits in hand, the construction phase begins.

Lund Projects Ltd. brings together & manages a skilled team of trained professionals who work together to create a unique and high quality product.

Our carpenters & staff all have, or are apprenticing towards, Red Seal Certification.

We strive to use innovative & progressive building techniques & the best materials.

From the first step of surveying the property to the last step of final inspection, every stage in the construction process is carefully managed.

Renovation

At Lund Projects Ltd., we have a unique aptitude for recognizing the hidden character & potential of an existing home or building.

Using the existing structure of the home along with new building concepts & materials, we create an environmentally & user-friendly home. 

Clients come to Lund Projects Ltd. with a renovation need. Through on-site discussion & consultation, the client’s vision & need is transformed into a working plan.

With an approved budget & workable timeline in place, the renovation proceeds. From start to finish, Lund Projects Ltd. manages a skilled team of professionals, to improve, renew & restore.

Commercial

Lund Projects is involved with a variety of commercial projects in the Greater Vancouver area,

supplying labor and/or project management services for many satisfied clients. Services include tenant improvement projects & new commercial construction.

Clients often come to us with a general idea of the work they envision but they are uncertain regarding the next steps to take.

Through consultation and discussion, we are able to help the client communicate & expand their ideas. Working plans are produced,

final approval is given by the client & then plans are submitted for permit.
